Bilal is an award-winning classical guitarist and composer from Windsor, Ont. He has been studying and teaching classical guitar for over a decade.
In his carer Bilal has been guided by his own creativity, stepping outside of traditional academic convention into a genre known as “post-classical” by fusing classical technique with musical influences of shoe-gaze and post-rock. His claim to fame is being the first ever classical guitarist to have a most-pit at one of his shows.
As an active performer and composer with experience playing for audiences across North America, Bilal is eager to share his passion for music with his students and help them find a musical pathway right for them!
